Train, hotel and package cancellations (excludes special events*) must be made 48 hours prior to 12:00 noon on reservation date in order to receive a refund. A $10 cancellation fee per train passenger will be deducted. No refunds will be given for cancellations given under 48 hours; however, your train travel can be rebooked for a future date up to one year from the original date of travel. The group cancellation policy is defined in your group contract. *No cancellations, refunds or exchanges given for The Polar Express or Day Out With Thomas bookings. For the Sunset Limited train, there is a $50 per person cancellation fee if cancelled 14 days prior to your booking. There is a $10 change fee if changing any portion on your Sunset Limited booking within two weeks of travel. If cancelling your Sunset Limited booking within 48 hours of arrival, there is no refund and this trip cannot be rebooked at a later date. Arrival times are approximate. Reservations are subject to GCR policies. Please limit luggage to one standard bag and one carry-on bag and limit luggage weight to no more than 40 pounds per person. Additional luggage charges may apply. No smoking or pets permitted aboard the train or in the hotel. Due to the age of our steam engines, we cannot guarantee their usage. GCR assumes no responsibility or liability for errors, omissions or changes in assocation with activities and services provided by partners. Please note credit cards are charged at the time of booking.
Rates and schedules are valid for travel through 3/14/09 and are subject to change without notice.
The fee is $8 per person. However, if you're riding with a small group, the fee is capped at $25 for up to 9 people. Kids, age 15 and under are free.
