Everything to Make Your Stay Historic
Luxury of a bygone era.
Blow off some steam and relax in the hotel lobby in front of a warm fire.
This inviting and spacious room is a great place to read newspapers from the
outside world or just enjoy the ambience of your lodge in the pines.
Adjacent
to the lobby, you can enjoy fine spirits in Spensers Lounge. The lounge is
the signature room in the hotel and features a custom handcrafted mahogany
bar built in the late 1800s and brought over from Europe.
Take a dip in our heated indoor pool. The weather in northern Arizona can vary
but you can be sure the pool room is always warm. For those who like it hot,
there is also a hot tub for your enjoyment. And, next door to the pool room
is a fitness room. But be cautious, you’re at almost 7,000 feet elevation and
a “normal” workout may become strenuous.
Family Friendly
For
the kids, visit our game room complete with video games and pinball. Or venture
outside where there is professionally designed playground structure equipped
with spiral tube slides, crawling tubes and a (rock) climbing wall. There is
also a basketball court, volleyball court and horseshoes. Grand Canyon Railway
is all about fun.
Tour Outfitters
The views of the canyon are just the beginning. Be sure to visit the Grand Canyon Railway Tour Outfitter desk in the upstairs lobby of the hotel to make plans for a regional tour. Extend your stay in the region by booking one of the following tours:
