The train is a unique way to arrive at the Grand Canyon, being the only operating railroad serving a national park. And we'll help build a custom program to make your trip unique. The train offers 5 classes of service, each with a different atmosphere. We also provide a charter option at an attractive price point and the exclusivity of a private car. Trips can be customized with entertainment, food and beverage, and more. Need rooms? We've got you covered at the Grand Canyon Railway Hotel. How about dining? Our Max & Thelma's Restaurant is the solution. And with transportation partners from Las Vegas and Phoenix, we'll work with you to create an itinerary that works for you. Pre and post programs include both individual and group options.

The Railway is known for providing great service and that starts at the beginning - from the time we first talk - to your delegate's departure. We have a dedicated phone number you can call - 1-800-843-8723. The Railway also has sales managers in your region ready to serve you.
Ease of Entry
It's no secret - Grand Canyon National Park is one of the most heavily visited national parks in the United States and getting in and out of the park can have its challenges. The train is the solution with the only reserved parking spot at the canyon - at the Grand Canyon Depot, steps away from the canyon's South Rim. Take the train to the park without the worry of waiting in line at the gates, and providing more time creating a great experience for your delegates.
Program Solutions
Incorporate a link on your meeting or event website for your delegates to book a pre or post tour and we will commission you 10% for all attributed bookings. Tracking is easy with a custom code assigned for your program. Based upon our inclusion in your program and the size of your event, we'll add a custom page on our website just for your group or event, like thetrain.com/groups/groupname. GCR would also be happy to provide images and maps to help build a compelling message for your site and promotional materials. - Planners booking 25 paid passengers or more receive a 10% net, non-commissionable rate for each class of train service.
- More favorable net rates are available based on volume. Please contact your regional sales manager for more information and service.
The Grand Canyon Railway Hotel
The Grand Canyon Railway Hotel is an ideal location for groups, located in Williams, Arizona, adjacent to the train depot.
- Planners booking 25 paid rooms or more at the Grand Canyon Railway Hotel receive a 10% net, non-commissionable rate for your group.
