Groups booking 25 paid passengers or more receive a 15% net, non-commissionable rate for each class of train service. The Railway is also ideal for groups because we can provide lodging at our Grand Canyon Railway Hotel in Williams, located next to the train depot. Groups booking 25 paid rooms or more at the Grand Canyon Railway Hotel receive a 15% net, non-commissionable rate for your group. More favorable net rates are available based on volume. Charters - Your Own Private Train for a Day

You can also charter a car on the train for your function. Select from five classes of train service, rim tours, entertainment and food options to make your event unforgettable. Options range from travel in Coach Class with seating for 88 people to Luxury Parlor Car with seating for 65. A variety of food setup options are available and on the way to the Grand Canyon cowboy characters and strolling musicians will stroll through to liven things up for your group and provide entertainment.
